The opportunity in DACH for TULIP
DACH is the heart of global manufacturing. Germany is Europe's largest industrial economy and the birthplace of Industrie 4.0. Switzerland is a global centre for pharma, life sciences and precision manufacturing. Austria is a strong base in automotive, machinery, metals and semiconductors. The region is also home to many of the world's "Hidden Champions", mid-sized companies that lead global niche markets. Today, these companies face similar pressures: fewer skilled workers, rising quality and compliance demands, and the need to modernize existing plants without stopping production. TULIP gives their frontline teams an AI-native production system to meet those pressures and accelerate time-to-value. Local customers trust our product in regulated and high-precision environments. We are now hiring a Managing Director (Geschäftsführer, m/w/d) of TULIP GmbH & Commercial Leader for DACH. You will own the DACH region's growth, lead the local team, and represent TULIP to customers, partners and employees. You will have the backing of a global company and real room to shape how we win in DACH.
