People and Workplace Executive

Healf is Europe's fastest-growing company.

Number one on the FT1000, number one on the Sifted 100. From £1m to over £100m in under three years, with a small, talent-dense team and an electric culture with day one founder intensity. Now we're aiming for £1bn in the next three.

We curate the world's best wellbeing brands across The Four Pillars™: EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP. That's the first chapter.

The next chapter is harder and more interesting.

We are moving from one market to many, from e-commerce to a technology platform, and from curating wellbeing to defining it. We are a health company, so we think we should act like one.

At its fullest expression, Healf redefines what wellbeing means for tens of millions of people.

We're looking for an ambitious People Executive to help build an exceptional employee experience at Healf.

This is an ideal opportunity for an exceptional graduate or someone early in their career who thrives on ownership, loves bringing order to fast-moving environments, and genuinely cares about creating a workplace where people can do their best work.

You'll sit at the heart of the business, ensuring our office runs seamlessly, every new joiner has an outstanding experience, and our culture continues to scale as we grow. You'll constantly look for ways to improve processes, automate manual work, and raise the bar across every employee touchpoint.

Where you'll make an impact

• Workplace:

  • Create a workplace that is organised, energising and enables the team to perform at their best.

  • Own the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring spaces, meeting rooms and equipment are always ready for use.

  • Manage workplace technology, inventory and supplies, proactively identifying improvements before they become problems.

• Culture and Engagement:

  • Launch initiatives that strengthen team connection, including buddy programmes, coffee chats and other engagement activities.

  • Coordinate inspiring fireside chats, team meetings and internal events.

  • Plan quarterly socials and wellbeing initiatives aligned to Healf's four wellbeing pillars.

  • Gather feedback from employees and identify opportunities to improve the overall employee experience.

What you'll bring

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

• Naturally proactive; you spot problems before anyone else does.

• Strong ownership mentality; you enjoy being trusted with responsibility.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Able to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Curious and always looking for better ways of working.

• Confident working across different teams and building relationships.

• Strong administrative skills and comfortable learning new systems quickly.

• Positive energy and genuine enthusiasm for creating a great employee experience.

• Excited by working in the office five days a week and helping shape company culture in person.

Nice to haves

• Previous internship or placement in People, Operations, Hospitality, Events or Customer Experience.

• Experience using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Humaans, and ai tools like Claude Code or Codex.

• Experience organising events or running projects.

• Experience improving processes or introducing automation.

• Passion for wellbeing, health or high-performance cultures.

What makes someone exceptional in this role?

We'd love to see examples of someone who has:

• Taken ownership of a university society, sports club or large-scale event.

• Built systems that made something run better.

• Naturally notices details that others miss.

• Loves hosting, organising and creating memorable experiences.

• Has high standards and dislikes leaving things "good enough."

• Learns incredibly quickly and actively seeks feedback.

• Brings energy to a room and enjoys helping others succeed.

These behaviours matter far more than extensive experience.

The Deal

We ask a great deal of the people who work here. We expect full ownership and a genuine commitment to give this chapter everything you have.

In return, we will give you the same: everything we have, invested in your growth, your wellbeing, and the defining skills of the next decade.

We have built the fastest-growing company in Europe with a team small enough that every person in it shapes the outcome. That is still true today. The next person we hire will change the trajectory of the company.

If the most important work of your career is ahead of you, this is the place to do it.
