As a (Senior) Commercial Producer, you will manage end-to-end campaign productions, ensuring smooth execution, high creative standards, and timely delivery. You will be an integral part of Westwing's Marketing team, driving a wide range of productions across brand campaigns, product launches, and content initiatives. This position is permanent and based in Munich.
WHAT YOU'LL DO3+ years of experience in production management within a production company, agency, or comparable in-house creative environment
Experience managing multiple productions simultaneously from briefing to final delivery
Strong project management skills with excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a hands-on mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
Attention to detail and a high standard for creative quality and execution, as well as interest in production innovation and emerging technologies, including AI
Fluency in English; German is a strong plus
