Your mission
The Bikeleasing Group has grown into a leading corporate group for employer benefits and mobility solutions. It consists of five specialized companies, including a multi-benefit provider, leasing and insurance service providers, as well as a retailer for refurbished bikes. With our continued profitable growth and expansion, we’re on an exciting technical transformation journey. That’s why we’re looking for you as a Senior QA Engineer (gn). In this role, you actively help shape and drive our technology ecosystem forward. We work according to Clean Code & Clean Architecture principles, give you room to experiment, and offer flexible working hours and remote work. Sounds good? We’re looking forward to your application!
You are responsible for all aspects of the testing process in an agile feature team — of course never alone, but always together with your colleagues
You implement best practices in test case creation, test automation, as well as test documentation and test case management
You automate test cases using Kotlin, and in most cases with the Serenity BDD framework
You contribute to architectural decisions regarding our test automation setup
You take part in code reviews and technical discussions
Your profile
You have at least 5 years of experience in software testing with a focus on test automation, and ideally have ISTQB knowledge/certification
You are proficient in object-oriented approaches to test automation and have experience with Kotlin or Java, plus the willingness to learn Kotlin
You have hands-on experience with frontend and backend testing (web and REST). Ideally, you’ve worked with Serenity BDD or other Selenium-based frameworks, and you’re also familiar with Rest Assured
You can independently carry out manual testing, including test management, and you understand the basics of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
You have strong English skills (working language) and speak German at least at B2 level for communication with stakeholders
Why us?
We live team spirit: you matter to us. Every day, our constantly growing, dynamic team achieves great things — and we want you by our side
A modern tech environment: Kotlin and TypeScript; frameworks such as Spring Boot, Vue.js, React, NestJS, Symfony; AWS cloud infrastructure fully provisioned with Terraform; and AI tooling like Claude and Copilot
Solid technical equipment: you can choose your operating system (Windows or macOS)
Learning & development: with our shared Udemy account, you can take trainings — and you’ll also get dedicated time to focus on your development. We also regularly attend tech conferences
Internal tech talks: take part in our in-house sessions to stay up to date and keep learning.
Maximum flexibility: flexible working hours, remote work, and workations
Probonio benefit: via Probonio, you’ll receive a €50 voucher every month which you can choose freely. On your birthday, you’ll receive an additional €60 once per year
Great insurance conditions: especially for your company pension scheme, plus capital-forming benefits
